01 · Agree Terms with Your Hire

03 · Contract Signed
The employee signs the employment agreement. Both Amharic and English versions are provided for national staff. Two Max Group signs as employer of record.
04 · Statutory Registrations
We register the employee with ERCA for PAYE and with POESSA for private pension (18% total). All done in parallel, within the 72-hour window.
05 · First Payroll Run
Salary disbursed to the employee's Ethiopian bank account each month. PAYE remitted to ERCA, POESSA pension contributions remitted, you receive one consolidated invoice.
06 · Ongoing HR and Compliance
