NSSF Registration
We register the employee with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) — mandatory from day one of employment. Total contribution: 20% of gross salary.
TRA PAYE Setup
Employee tax details are registered with the Tanzania Revenue Authority. PAYE is calculated and remitted by the 7th of each month. SDL (4.5%) is applied at the employer level.
Payroll Goes Live
The employee is on payroll within 48–72 hours. Gross-to-net calculations, payslips, and all statutory remittances are managed by Two Max Group.
Ongoing Compliance
Monthly TRA filing, NSSF and SDL remittances, leave management, and year-end tax reconciliations — all handled by your dedicated consultant.
